Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zion English Admin Portal ("the portal"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the portal. The portal is intended for authorized Zion English teachers and administrators only.

Authorized Users

Access is granted only to individuals who have been approved by Zion English administrators. Roles include superusers (full organizational access) and teachers (access to their own students, classes, and schedules). You must not share your login credentials or allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify Zion English administrators immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the portal for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Access data belonging to other teachers or students without authorization.
• Misuse, export, or disclose student or teacher personal information outside legitimate Zion English operations.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or compromise the security of the portal or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the portal's operation or other users' access.

Service Description

The portal provides tools for managing ESL teaching operations, including student and teacher records, class scheduling, sheet processing, and related administrative functions. Features may change over time. The portal is provided for internal business use and is not a public consumer service.

Third-Party Services

The portal may integrate with Google Drive/Sheets and Zoom. Your use of those services through the portal is also subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

Disclaimer

The portal is provided "as is" and "as available" for Zion English's internal operations. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
